FEP tube introduction
1. FEP can also be made into a heat-shrinkable tube, which can be used for coating transfer rollers in printing machines.
2. High surface quality prevents print adhesion, contamination and discoloration.
3. In the medical industry, FEP tubes are mainly used in the field of catheters or endoscopes.
It can also prevent the delivered liquid from being contaminated during the injection process.
5. Therefore, FEP for medical use is also excellent in biocompatibility.
6. FEP can be sterilized by all conventional methods.
7. The heat exchanger adopts FEP tube, which has long life and is easy to weld.
8. FEP tube has anti-ultraviolet and high permeability, which is very suitable for ultraviolet spiral tube in water purification system.
9. When water is pumped through the FEP coil, it is exposed to direct ultraviolet light.
10. This will not affect the FEP tube, but will kill potential bacteria in the water.
11. The pipe is wound on the UV lamp tube, and the liquid passes through the UV lamp tube during cleaning.
12. This complex manufacturing process allows the final product to deliver a significantly increased amount of water to the effective radiation area over a long period of time.
FEP tube features:
1.兼具刚性和柔韧性,具有足够的机械性能和优良的柔韧性。
2、与板式管相比,单位长度的波纹管更轻,节省材料,降低能耗,更便宜。
3, strong chemical resistance, can withstand the influence of acid and alkali in the surrounding environment.
4. The corrugated shape can increase the resistance of the pipeline to the surrounding environment without increasing the flexibility of the pipeline, so it can be continuously laid on uneven objects.
5. Convenient interface, good sealing performance, easy to carry, easy to install, reduce labor intensity and shorten the construction period.
6. Wide working temperature range, flame retardant, self-extinguishing, safe to use.
7, excellent electrical insulation performance, is the ideal material for wire sleeve.
Application areas of FEP tube:
1. The scope of application of FEP is the same as that of PTFE, which is used in electrical, radio, electronic, chemical, mechanical manufacturing, refrigeration, medical and other industrial fields.
2. FEP is used as film printed boards, wire and cable insulation, generator windings, electrical insulation parts (sheets, rods, tubes, frames and insulators), corrosion-resistant structural products (oil-free lubrication machine parts), and coatings.. And painted glass cloth. Because of its excellent corrosion resistance, it is used in chemical work equipment, heat exchangers, fractionation towers, pumps, valves, pipes, seals, pipe linings, laboratory transparent instruments, etc. FEP extruded thin-walled tubes are used in heat exchangers for heating and cooling of highly corrosive liquids in the range of -200 to 200°C.
3. FEP components used in the refrigeration industry can withstand low temperature tests. FEP sheets are used in the manufacture of pneumatic and vacuum products.
4. FEP is used as a wire and cable insulator for various purposes, especially for wires and microelectronic components of electronic assembled circuits.
5. FEP film is used as a seal for capacitors, diaphragms and chemical equipment, and is used in the printing industry to manufacture printed boards and flexible cables.
6. The film can be bonded to metal and glass cloth under heating and pressure, without welding, vacuum, metal coating, surface activation.
7. FEP film is particularly gas permeable and acts as a diaphragm to separate the sensitive components of the gas analyzer from the gas being analyzed.

Packaging substrate materials: Why are ABF substrates more advanced than BT substrates?
Generally, an important variety of rigid substrate materials is copper clad laminate. It is made of reinforced material (Reinforeing Material), impregnated with resin adhesive, dried, cut and laminated into blanks, then covered with copper foil, used steel plate as a mold, and processed by high temperature and high pressure forming in a hot press. The semi-cured sheet used in the general multilayer board is the semi-finished product of the copper clad laminate in the production process (mostly glass cloth impregnated with resin, dried and processed). In a rigid PCB, the substrate material is typically FR-4. However, in the Flex PCB, the commonly used substrate materials are polyimide (PI) film and PET (polyester) film, and besides these, polymer films such as PEN (polyethylene phthalate),PTFE, and aramid can be used.

Polytetrafluoroethylene is called "plastic king". Roy Planct, the father of fluororesin, began to study freon substitutes in DuPont Company in the United States in 1936. They collected some tetrafluoroethylene and stored it in steel cylinders for the next experiment. However, when the pressure reducing valve of the steel cylinder was opened the next day, no gas overflowed. They thought it was air leakage, but when the steel cylinder was weighed, they found that the steel cylinder did not lose weight. They sawed through the cylinder and found a large amount of white powder, which was Teflon.

PTFE film is made of molded sintered cylindrical blanks, which are cut into films by machine tools and then calendered. According to the different treatment methods, it can be divided into three kinds of oriented film, semi-oriented film and non-oriented film. At present, PTFE film products include porous film, microfiltration membrane, color film and so on.
